Ukrainian Vyshyvanka Cardigan - Embroidered Women's Jacket
Keptar is a traditional sleeveless outerwear with a modern cut based on ancient motifs, which is found in the Western part of Ukraine.
Made of high-quality eco-fur and semi-wool fabric with a knitted base that does not roll and will have a long service life. The length of the keptar reaches below the knees, which was characteristic of the Bukovyna region. There is a belt at the waist, and a low collar around the neck.
Mainly festive keptars were sewn for weddings, only then worn to church. It is especially elegant to wear a keptar for the Easter morning service. When it's still cool outside, such clothes keep you warm. Each region of Ukraine is distinguished by the richness of keptar ornamentation, it is also called "pysan" for its picturesqueness. Previously, such tank tops were a special luxury and were worth as much as a cow or land to a peasant.
This model allows you to wear it both with light and dark monophonic dresses, skirts, and classic or short trousers in business and everyday styles.
