Ukrainian SYLYANKA Seed Bead Necklace - Handmade Ethnic Vyshyvanka Collar
Kryvulka, silyanka - a neck ornament in the form of a ribbon made of beads strung on a thread. Ukrainians believed that this ornament was a talisman and brought happiness, so they wore it every day.
The ornament is geometric, formed from diamond-shaped elements. Researchers interpret this as a symbol of the feminine principle in nature. The bottom of the sylyanka is decorated with black loops. Incredibly beautiful fits images in combination with multi-layered jewelry.
The ornament was developed by our designers based on the ancient sylyanka from the museum of folk art and life of the Hutsul region in Kosiv.
The necklace is made of high-quality materials and has a strong construction, which guarantees its long-term use. The snap provides a strong, secure and easy attachment. Handmade.
