Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Kyiv time) are processed the next business day.

Business days exclude weekends and Ukrainian public holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We ship across Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

International Shipping: We ship to most countries, including the USA, Canada, EU countries, Australia, and more. Select your country at checkout to confirm availability.

Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to [list restricted countries, e.g., North Korea, Syria, or sanctioned regions].
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value, destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days. -
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your order’s progress via our website or the carrier’s website (e.g., Ukrposhta, DHL).
6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express shipping methods.

7. Issues with Delivery
