The embroidered dress "Beregynya" is a reflection of the very essence of a Ukrainian woman. Delicate, stylish and comfortable, it will win not only your heart, but also the hearts of other people.
Embroidered dress "Bereginya" is sewn of natural linen fabric and decorated with red-black embroidery. Particular attention is drawn to the sleeves along the entire length, richly embroidered with sacred ornaments - Bereginya. The original addition to the dress is the horizontal pleats laid in the center of the sleeve and at the bottom of the dress, making it colorful and stylish. The wide belt is embellished with embroidery and tassels to accentuate the waist. Due to the strong cotton thread, the embroidery looks voluminous and textured.
Symbolism of embroidery:
Bereginya is the mother of all living things, a primitive deity - the protector of man, the goddess of fertility, nature and goodness. The goddess protects the family, cleanses and heals family ties. On the embroidery, "Bereginya" is depicted as a magical flower-princess, keeping white, red and black grain: a grain of spirit, blood and earth-flesh, ready at that moment to explode in space for the birth of a new life. Her branches-hands are burdened with earthly seeds of development, but only she knows the time of that magical wave-sowing. She is Mother Nature herself, which brings to the worlds both the essence of creation and the essence of protection, and through this - the eternal renewal and harmony of life.

My made in Ukraine Ukrainian flag came hand wrapped with a bow tied around a compostable paper wrapper saying from Ukraine with love. Although I am flying this flag on my home, it arrived ready to give as-is as a gift. My package came with a little organic business card with flower seeds embedded in it.
